Worst company I've ever dealt with. Decided to give them another try after I ran a failed PPC campaign last year. Deposited $50 into my account from my new credit card and waited for my campaign to be approved.

The next day, I received a e-mail stating I needed to fax in a copy of my drivers license and the front and back of my credit card for verification. I told them I would fax in my drivers license but not my credit card. They said they understood and said they would put 2 "small penny amounts" on my card for me to verify.

Fast forward 3 days later, I see the two small penny amounts and verify it with them. They say all is well and they will set my account up. 2 hours later I get a e-mail telling me to either fax in the copys of my credit card and drivers license or they would issue a refund due to fraudulent activity.

I got on chat AGAIN and they told me that even though I verified the small penny amounts, I still had to send them the copies of my credit card and drivers license. I told them to issue a refund immediatly.

I don't recommend using admarketplace.

Yea, there are a lot of fraudsters out there so ad networks take extra precaution.

Thanks for the insight. Definitely will steer clear of them for sure.

You can go to your bank and ask them for the "charge back" option. You should get your money back within 30 days.
Go to your bank and ask about this option!

Dear icex2012,

This is Emily Roberts from Customer Support at adMarketplace. I believe we have spoken regarding your account during our verification process.

As other commenters have noted, fraud is a serious issue. This is why adMarketplace verifies both advertisers and publishers. Where we cannot demonstrate a clear link between the user, the credit card, and the advertised website, we must close the account and refund the deposit. Our top priority is to keep adMarketplace safe for high quality advertisers and publishers. If you'd like to discuss this further, please contact me.

Best regards,

Emily
