Is this source reliable as adsense does not approve all the sites so i need little information about adhitz

as a publisher its good but they dont count all clicks made towards the ads.

You will not make much with adhitz, you can check the CPC rates here http://www.adhitz.com/en/CPC_Rates and you get 70% of that.
So one US click you'll make $0.10.
