I wouldn't even expect 1 conversion with 10,000 clicks from adfly. People that are clicking on those links usually skip the ad right away.

they should only register for free...nothing to sale there
tell me a place where ppl are there for ads...seriously now, everybody hates banners, popups or any tipe of ads...but this method still generate $$

I tried this once but not with CPA. It was my very own optin. I got 2 double-optins and about 3 not confirmed optins at total cost of $9.. Honestly adfly traffic isnt good. However, its good youre taking action. Rep added
