Address verification - Photoshop

I have a little annoying situation.

I rent where I live, and I don't have a single damn bill in my name. I need to verify my address on a website, and they're asking for a utility bill, and I don't have a single thing to send them. Ridiculous.

It's not something legal, so I'm sure a good photoshop edit on the electricity bill that I have, a name change in 2 places, would probably be accepted.

Can anyone do me a solid?

I don't think I have a neighbor that has an identical name and last name as me. How would that work?

I have a bill that comes to my address and that I pay, but it's not in my name.

Any chance they take a bank statement instead? Those are easy to set to whatever address you want.

Just be careful. In the US, doing something like this with a financial institution could constitute felony fraud. I'd recommend something real because there's going to be an audit trail of this stuff.
