Address quesiton when making stealth account.

I pretty much know the basics about stealth. But here is my question. I have this elderly lady that lives across the street from me. Her mail comes directly to my house because she is in a nursing home and I hold on to it so her family can pick it up (nice I know ) . But the house is right across the street. If I use that addy on my new sellers account. Do you think it would be flagged? Obviously I know I need to use different pictures and such for my listings. Should I run into any probs when doing this. New Address, Fake name, New Ip, New Bank, New User on windows, New paypal Verified account. Anything Im missing? Will this address work or should I use another?

Not right to use other peoples address,but since she has her mail sent to your address just ask her.
