Say if 3 websites are hosted in the same hosting cpanel, 2 of the websites will be addon domains, does it in any way affect each sites SEO performance in google?

I actually was wondering about this as well so I hope you don't mind if I piggyback. Are both okay as long as they don't interlink (and both avoid doing spammy backlinks)?

if you are concerned that an addon domain will not rank as well if it was a primary domain at a hosting then I think that fear is baseless and no real evidence to support such theories.

For PBN you would want duifferent IPs, etc so an addon domain will likely not work unless you are assigned a new server automatically

It won't make any difference as its a different domain, and as for shared IPs, its a common thing with shared hosting.

i think it won't make any difference. except the host domain has a big DA.

Make sure if you intend on building a PBN to setup unique ip's, addon domains are not a good option for maximum success in this setup.

Normally it will not make any difference as primary and add on are totally different.
