I need to transfer hosting for 2 sites.

Separate hosting for each domain is always a better option. You can manage both sites separately and hosting features too.

I have four sites, different niche all in one hosting.

No problems I encountered.

If you don't want to have separate features for your both sites (like databases, IP restrictions on each domain etc) then probably Add-on hosting would be suitable for you. Hope this ease your dilemma

why not buy the reseller one? you ca have separate cpanel/domain

How do I check what the IP/hostname of my previous site is for transfer info?
