Depends, what do you want to get out of it?
You get more likes, followers etc, but the engagement from the followers you gain are next to nothing.

You can get as many followers and likes from this. In fact there are a lot like addmefast in the market which can get you likes and followers but the engagement that you get from this is much lesser as compared to what you get from natural likes.
