Addmefast or similar website clone?

Hello!
I want to create clone of addmefast or other(better website) for exchanging facebook likes.

First i want to have facebook likes, but later i may need and all other social networks, so script like addmefast should be OK


Please give me good script like addmefast or other website which i can install

If i can do something similar with Joomla or Wordpress it will be awesome!
