AMF shouldn't be that hard to create another account on.
1. Change the IP to a private proxy.
2. Download Ccleaner and run it before signing in.
If you can find someone selling accounts that's easier and they come with points.

In order to qualify for a second account, you must admit that they banned you in accordance to their terms and create another email and sign up again.
Make sure you learn from your mistakes and easily control how you screwed up previously and make sure it doesn't happen the same way again.
If for any reason you ended up doing it all over at least you got a benefit from overcoming this obstacle.
It's all a part of the Blackhat underworld, if you get into this it becomes addictive and nearly impossible to give up or give in if you actually enjoy what you do as most Blackhat Reverse Engineers like myself.

Funny to read this thread. They banned me 3 times already. They don't like bots but I bet they run bots too, self serving clowns
