AddMefast facebook likes flawed?

Is anyone else not getting the correct likes / clicks ratio on their facebook page? For example, I usually end up with around 3/4 likes per 12 clicks, and it takes the points away for me... And also, is anyone else constantly getting "Oops and error occurred" Constantly? Thank you.

Yes, i had over 12k points. Spent them all on FB likes for a new project of mine, i had the same ratio of roughly 2/4 likes per 12 clicks.

However i did just email addmefast & they reinstated me with my points.
