AddMeFast banned

Hi,

Currently using an AddMefast script, which bans my twitter accounts within 30 minutes. Is there any way to automatically use a new one or do I have to manually sign into another one?

I tried addmefast once, its so slow at giving you followers for instagram you have a limit of like 30 points or something too. Know anyway how to speed it up? Or a better method for ig follows / likes?
