A private proxy should work I don't see why not. They might ban you is you promote the same facebook/twitter etc. and link you to the old account.

Try different proxy you must register.
Maybe that proxy has been used from some other.
 
Are you sure you can't just create another account under the same IP? I had my first AMF account banned, and just created another one under a different e-mail. Didn't switch IPs or anything and it's been working fine for a few months now.
 
try to use private proxies socks or vpn will do the trick hope it helps..

This guy is absolutely right, it doesn't matter where do you register your account, your IP, and everything since you're promoting the same Facebook, Twitter or YouTube channel (others too) they'll block the same item to be promoted since the last account that were promoting it was banned.
