I'm starting a new channel soon, so I was wondering if I used addmefast or youlikehits purely for views, do they get frozen at 301 or does it update within 72 hours?

Based upon my past work, your will have problems at 301. I will suggest that you use facebook to generate views. Use AMF and YLH to generate likes for your fanpage in FB and post your video on the wall of your fanpage to reach out to potential viewers.

They work for a limited amount of views. But with any of those exchange sites, there's always a cap at which you will hit.

For me they always are freezing at 301+ views...
