Additional monetization for sites with android apps

I have some budget(500$) which I want to spend in one day.
I have new way for monetization android sites and want to test it, I'll pay you for each download of my application.

500$ it's only for testing. If everything is good I'll increase budget to 1500$ and 3000$ and more
