Additional collection efforts?

I got an email from paypal asking about my -1100 balance and they said that I should pay it off immediately to avoid “extra collection efforts”. I’ve been buying some bank account info and using them so this is probably why. So what are these “extra collection efforts” anyways? I’m only 16 if my parents find out I’m so fucked. Please help thanks.

Well "extra collection efforts" usually mean debt collectors telephoning and writing to your home address. If the calls and letters are ignored then depending on where you reside then they can call in person at your address.
Might be better to come clean to your parents, or admit you are underage to PayPal.
Also buying bank info and using it will get you into more serious trouble than the debt to paypal, depending on where you live, it could mean prison.

1) Stop the illegal shit immediately.
2) Do as @Asif WILSON Khan suggested and tell PayPal you're only 16.
3) Chill.
