Adding same account with same proxies to another followliker project triggers PV, why?

So i decided to make another followliker project to few of my accounts that would only post pictures on specific times when i need them and when i started that project it triggered PV on 75% of them, anyone can explain me why?

Could be because FL generates a new user agent + device ID.
