I think everyone who works with Twitter has noticed that lately Elon Musk has been throwing a spanner in the works. Starting from cleaning up bots to changing the way phone numbers are added. Now you need to send an SMS from your number to some phone number.
Maybe you know a way to add numbers in bulk?

This is not in all regions, change the geo to experiment with it and everything will be fine

I doubt the phone numbers are default visible to others but that does sound like a chore. I can imagine it's much more than a chore for anyone outside certain countries.
