Adding paid property listings to a blog

Hello everybody
I have a website with around 100 articles, long form content. Although the niche is not entirely real estate but it kind of spills over into that area.

My plan is to make a new section to the blog where people can list their properties for sale and I will charge them around $25/mo.

So my question is if there is some kind of wp plugin which can do that?
And what kind of 3rd party payment processor you suggest, I really don't want to put my personal or my pp info on the site.

You need to have a program to so the users can add the details easily. Btw many websites are accepting such listings for free.
