Adding more upload options

I feel admin/mods should add more file upload options like wetranfer, currently we have mega and mediafire but now we should add more options.

Also sharing a virus total report is hassel, a lot of time member ask something in download requests and i have the file but uploading it 2 times makes it difficult.

At the moment we're using the current file upload options over others because it fits our needs while others don't. As far as the virus total scan goes, make sure you're following these instructions. Otherwise, as always we are monitoring things and will update and tweak the rules and procedures as needed.
