Adding friends plus sending messages cap

Any FB 'experts' able to help me here? Looking to know how many people is a safe number to add, how many PM's I can send, messages on peoples walls I can make without looking suspect and having my account(s) pulled.

I never did BH FB marketing, but I think I can say this.

with just adding random people, very low

but once you build a certain group of friends you can at suggested people

there are no guarantee when fb block you, you can get blocked 2-3 add request
and some of the accounts you can send 75-100s of add request.
