Adding friends on Facebook

Does anyone know of any method that will allow me to send hundreds of friend requests without getting blocked? Or better yet a friend accepter tool that accepts friend requests via location. I'm trying to build profiles with tier 1 traffic from add me groups but there is too much tier 3 traffic and I would like to filter it out by adding my own friends or accepting friend requests from tier 1 and filtering out tier 3 junk.
