I had the same problem, too. The uploading .csv files doesn't work anymore, it is worse when I tried to upload few times and still failed, my account got disable after one day.

If you invited in moderation it would be ok, inviting the 100k at once would get your account deleted.

I don't get it.
I understand that 100K, 10K or even 1K may raise a flag, but it is perfectly understandable if a normal person has hundreds of people on his address book.
If I were working at facebook, I would be more suspicious if someone came and invited people in batches.
And I don't think they would think we would think they would think that.

Try..
Copy all email addresses in a text file
- Save it as MW.txt
- Go to your Facebook and click on "contact importer" (you find it where it says "Connect With Friends")
- Choose "Upload Contact File"
- Browse to your file and follow the steps
