helu again bhw'ers...

Just yesterday I made a thread on how to upload my offline website in hostgator and it is, thankfully, live now. My problem is adding the contents.

I have this impression that every article I will write, I code it first offline using the design of the website I uploaded, and then upload it to public_html of my domain name.

But that would be very very tiresome. If it is just a simple squeeze or sales pages, I might not have a problem now. The problem is, I intend for this site to grow and upload articles everyday. I am researching about the content management system. It would be really great if there is someone over there who can guide me on how to do it.

Many many thanks. :)

Ye, using a cms will make your life a lot easier - wordpress is the most popular. In your control panel in hostgator you can search for "quick install" and you will find it.

My uploaded home page and other pages were not designed to be wordpress-friendly. It is just pure html, css and javascript and wordpress uses php. I actually want to add content using the design of this pages. But that means (if I'm not mistaken) doing it manually from writing, to coding, to uploading. I should have designed it in wordpress. Is there a way to make the design a wordpress template, I mean an easier way you know perhaps?
