Adding/Changing Role of existing user in Business Manager

Hi Everyone! All our admin/back up admin got restricted from advertising however our Business manager is still active.

We are now finding ways to assign a new admin in the Business manager ... is there any way to do that?

we have existing non-admin user but it's impossible for me the edit their role via my account.

You won’t be able to edit the users unless theirs a user already connected with admin rights that is not blocked or restricted.
