Thanks but already tried that on +20 accounts. And the ticket rarely gets any feedback/reply.

If you get an error adding card to account try to check again after adding card to account payment threshold of postpaid account will be 20$ or more. If so, please ask for a threshold with facebook return 2$ and run will not die abnormally due to the card.

Try using another facebook account to add the tag.
