Adding Amazon store to MNS site

I've got a few MNS which don't really make any money at all. I was going to add a page for an Amazon store to one. I found instructions on how to do this but it ended up totally screwing up my site when I did it although the store was showing fine. Thankfully my site is backed up. All I did was add a new page with the aStore as a theme, I didn't mess with any other part of the site.

Has anyone got any advice on adding an aStore without it messing up my site?

Seriously? No one's ever done this? What's the BHW coming to? LOL
