Adding adsense ads below title of the post

Have you tried advanced ads plugin? I think you can do that with it. You gotta use in blog/content ad from adsense.
 
The best and the lightweight plugin to do this is to use Quick Adsense plugin.
 
It's easy to do this with some snippets so you don't neee a plugin. Just hit Google to get some.

That can cause a lot of issues with the blog if there is even a small mistake in pasting.

Use Code Snippets Plugin for this it's way better than pasting directly in functions.php because you can always delete it if the code should harm your page.

Advanced Ads by Thomas Maire and Ad Inserter are the best plugins to do this. I have been using these two for many years now without any issue.
