Adding a new location address - What are my steps?

Hi everyone,

My current address is set in a very busy city, which is the main office. This is where everything is done, from meetings to interviews to client meetings.

I will be keeping this address location.


NOW

I serve a lot of cities, the furthest one which is 70 miles away from my main location.

I just got an address in this location, however, this address will only be used for google map pack. It will not be used as a meeting point, it's a virtual location.

Now, to begin ranking this area, what are my steps to take to get this ranking in the local area map pack?

I have landing pages for every city I serve, however, the landing pages for this new location currently have my current location address in the footer. Should the address of the landing pages that are close to the new location all be changed, or will this hurt my current google map pack?

I'm very lost on going about ranking this, any help would be greatly appreciated!
