Looking into adding a blog to my preexisting site, what’s the best tool to use that is both customizable but has good SEO standards? Thanks!

tool for what? Making websites??

Wordpress is the most popular "tool", but I'm not sure this is what you're asking about...

Sorry if this is a dumb question, so I can add that to my site but keep it as just HTML+CSS? I don't really want a wordpress logo on stuff

a blog is just another website, use whichever tool you want, it doesn't need to be Wordpress
