Adding a Banned user to a Business account

Hi guy's.
I have a new employ and apparently his personal ad account is blocked by FB.
Will I put my Business manager account under risk of getting blocked if I'm adding him as an employ ?
I'm working fully white ecommerce ...

I think that It would raise flags, but if your ecommerce is fully white I dont think it would be a mayor issue

If he has done something to get his own account banned I don't think I would give him access to my account.
