add url list to senuke

hi there..
i need to refresh my SEnuke target URL lists and i wanted to ask what will be the best option to find this url's?
my sites focus on local services and i need to find targets that will be suitable for these kind of sites? there is a easy way of doing it or i have to do it manually by google search?
