Add "Themes" option

Not sure if this has been discussed here previously, but I just started using @Sebastiann 's CSS on here. It's a bit laggy, since it's not the official CSS of course.

How awesome wouldn't it be to have weekly/monthly competitions or something where the users can vote for a new theme to be added?

Then you can go choose the theme you like best from a tab. I personally think this one that Sebastian made is sick.

In case BHW doesn't want to include this feature, maybe we can get this done through User Styles scripts in Greasemonkey?

It's just CSS anyway, right?
