Add text shadow to white text on BHW white theme

Many signatures and post contents use white text. I think it would be helpful if a text-shadow style would be added for white on white. I don't think it's hard to code.

Example:

This where the user forces white text into the signature using the text colour selector in the WYSIWYG editor or in the code editor. If left to its own devices it will function as content does when choosing between black and white forum themes. We have no plans to override the users defined choice, we could look at an option involving a tooltip but this could become annoying for those doing it intentionally.
