Add Telegram to social networking section

I think that telegram is big enough to be added to social network section here in bhw, it also can bring huge amount of traffic if used well.

I believe there already was one once? Although, I cannot find any information on it in the present moment.

However, as per the rules you need to have 50 recent, engaged threads about the new subforum topic written by 25 different members. Additionally:
