ADD targeted friends ..?

EDIT: hahah it seems i did not read your question better, i thought it was a signature, so i did not read that part about it being accounts you are talking about. there are loads of ways, all with thier own problems, i have a coder working on something, so if it sheds any light i will share.

This is my method ( it's not perfect, and i'm a n00b ) , i usually go to a page about the city , grab the ID's of the users on that page and msg them with something like ( Hi xxxx , i'm moving next month to CITYNAME , and i'd like to start making new friends before i go. Hope you don't mind me adding you )

what is the take up rate on requests on that? how many in 10 accept the request?

It depends a lot, a pic of an atractive girl works better that a guy ( i've been testing both ), but i'd say at least 60% accept your friend request within 24hrs...

If you want to scrape Dallas citizens. Yeah go look for something that you can find in Dallas, restaurants, schools, pubs, football teams, etc.
Scrape out users from those groups in FFAP, save the list.
Open up your thousands of accounts, add 6-8 friends from each acc.
And bam, you got a nice targeted list. Hard? No ...
And i do the same shit.

Ok we are talking about friends for profile and not fans right.
Which is better?
FFAP or SEE?
FFAD scrap UID's and from there we send invite message to them. And also you need to adjust the setting on the second and also #of invites. Cost price is 3 digit....
SEE scrap Email address but there is no email verifier to validate it. And we can paste whole bunch of saved list to the invite.php while the cost price is on monthly subscription...
Still thinking which one should i invest in...

Actually, FFAP is able to gather friend IDs or add friends from specific locations, but not only from any fan page about any city. If you want to know how to achieve that, feel free to contact our support team please.
