add survey into tumblr?

hello guys , I have a nooby question

Is it possible to add a survey to tumblr

I would like that when someone goes on my tumblr or any similar website I wish a pop up with survey come up

then to continue browing they would need to complete the survey

is it possible? if yes can you tell me how please ! thanks

You can make another website, and use a content locker on it. Then from Tumblr, make a link to the other website to drive traffic. Adding scripts directly to Tumblr, and is easy to detect. You will be banned within hours.

Same thing as Wooz use a content locker. If you want some suggestions i would suggest you go with adworkmedia.

alright , so it is not legal on tumblr but if I use a free website would it works

or should I rent my own website
