Add support for .webp image format

webp is a modern image format. I tried to embed an image which wasn't accepted. Perhaps you can consider adding support for it in addition to the common file formats such as png and jpg.

We are monitoring when we can enable WebP. Currently, our software doesn't support it, but the next release does. However, we have to balance this with all forum visitors and monitor which devices are being used, etc. For instance, anything before macOS 11 and iOS less than 14 don't, and we always strive to have the forum accessible by as wide a range of devices as possible.
