Add images from google automatically

I try to find a way to autimatically add images from google search engine into my wordpress website.
Someone said his wallpaper website had 45000 images posted on the website.
Should that really be possible ?

Any suggestions or tools to add images or to scrape images from an website easily ?

Of course it's possible, though if you automatically take everything from google images there will also be a lot of crap therem, you'll need to go through them one way or another, you could try alternate methods, you can find a lot of packs of wallpapers on forums for example, or try visua.ly or flickr .
