I plan to release new product this month and use stealth PayPals for transaction but it would be nice if I know what user made transaction. (for future possible shitlist - for fraudulent chargeback or refund).
I know many sellers are doing it but they are hiding this info in transaction form or post transaction email.
Maybe BHW should add exception, that payment ID can be demanded from buyers in public thread or PM? (only for paypal or credit card transaction)
In the past I got infraction that I cannot demand from buyers to post transaction ID. This is against seller protection. How we can report the scammer without knowledge who bought it from us?
This is my proposition, maybe it's worth to consider?
