Adcenter redirect after going active

Hey guys,

As far as I know adcenter doesn't allow redirects. So I'm wondering, what if I will submit not redirected page, wait until campaign starts getting clicks and after that redirect domain to affiliate offer. What will happen? Will they detect that and pause ad?

And in case immediate redirect can be detected, what if I will create script which redirects users with a delay?
