I started to use adcenter 2 days ago and im curious what are lowest bids you managed to get? Im facing the problem that below 15 cents for most of keywords i cant get impressions at all even tho kw's are not that expensive and my quality score is 7-8...

Lowest bid is 5 that someone can set on adcenter but it wont show impressions then... how about you guys ?

Are you referring to search or content? You'll be hard pressed to get impressions when bidding that low when running search in MSN.

search for now.

I've seen some topics here guys mentioning 5 cent clicks but i think its pretty hard to achieve that. I'm pretty long in this game and good with ppc but getting low bid clicks these days aint easy.

If you guys got any tips feel free to share it with me :D.

Its always wise to go for high rated clicks instead of low ones. Adcenter guys must change the policy to make it easy for low rated clicks but till then you have to bear with them.

For example i found a key phrase of two words that has few hundred k searches monthly and almost no-one bids on it i guess b/c average cpc for that phrase is only 5 cents. I set up campaign yesterday and set it to 12 cents per click but still nothing. I'll w8 one more day to see if ill start getting impressions. My landing page is 100% optimized for that kw.

Since adcenter is lil bit different then PPC networks i've been working with till now do you guys have any suggestion?

I bid 15 cents for a keyword that has average CPC 5 cents. I've also made custom landing page optimized ONLY FOR ONE kw and my QS is 2 WTF lol ? I was following their rules/suggestions about how to get high QS. I'll find the way by myself but if anyone has any tips i would be thankful b/c other way ill loose day or two to find a way to solve it myself :D.

probably you are not getting impressions because there are really just a few searches per month. I am also looking into bing now, can you tell me where can you see the searches/month and the average cpc for bing?

On adcenter account you have it under "tools" menu. You can search for kw's there.

Btw they droped my quality scores manually, can you believe that crap :D

So is adcenter more or less expensive than adwords?

I was looking into starting bidding there from 2012 for estores.

it's cheaper but they can be sometimes pain in the ass. They wanna be google lol

How much difference would you say?

Adwords charges 1-3$ for the keywords I target.
