    Hay.
Does the message in the title mean that my account got closed?
I don't run any ad, just entered the billing info and a coupon.
Never had any adcenter account be4.
There was no note to my email.
    Thanks.

Need to get them verified through support. It sucks and I'm not sure of the verification process, but I don't want to waste a
    300$ voucher.

The support says she doesn't know what causes the problem and they will contact me in 3-5 days.

So that's fucked up, but the problem was I logged in from different IPs and also when support asked me for the phone number in account, I sent some random one because I didn't remember the one I've entered.
So next time I'll be more careful.
Ok are you in USA? What card did you enter? VCC or your own one?

Yep.....everyone seems to be experiencing this problem with Adcenter. Ive gone through 2 VCCs and 2 Coupon codes, being VERY careful about corresponding addresses and real phone numbers, but still got banned.

Your account will immediately be banned and in order to receive assistance, you need to contact support, only for them to send you an email a few days later stating that your account is closed and they cannot disclose the reason why.

I got one running with paypal for over a week ago and it's still OK. But one opened same way was closed after running couple of hours. All of them opened from different IP and computer. Also 3 more opened with VCC were closed shortly.

Contacted them with couple of them and response was always exactly the same.
"Don't know whats wrong, change your password"
"Give me details and I'll send them to technical team"
And received mail that account is permanently closed.

I am having the same prob;em with my account also ....

I sent and email to support . and then they answered me saying to contact them trough live chat or call them to verify some details ....

I have verified the account with a VCC so obviously I am not gonna contact them trough live chat ...

Does this email mean the account is closed for good?

I know it says 'remain closed' but online support told me they send that to all accounts during their 'investigation' of the account. So that is what is giving me some hope of possibly having this ban overturned. Or she just full of shit. I don't have much experience with adcenter, ppc and multiple accounts so I'm really looking for some help.

If it is a legit account then u will have to verify some details and they will reactivate it , you have to contact their online support or just call them otherwise it is gone.

    This happen to me twice.
The first time I assumed it was because adcenter banned me previously.
The second time, I join from new isp, different billing details, real credit card, new compupter.

This means that they banned you.
First account they already banned but when I called support, atleast they visited URL from some call center IP in usa.

The ban email looks like this, you get it only after you report issue
