My friend apply it from Singapore, and he was accepted. Most of the time, If you give money is always easy....On other hand, If you take money ( receive money=commission) is always hard.
I means, if you apply CPA Networking from some country(oustside USA,UK,AU), it maybe hard to get accepted. It's all about money.
So, just try to apply and give your credit card. MSN will charged for US $5 for
any new account. When, they take your US $5, that's means you had been accepted.
