I run the Facebook Ads for CPA Survey offer, in Ad creative I have mentioned as "Take Survey & get paid upto 300 $" after 4 days of successful ad run (2 Conversions)
I about to run the Conversion campaign but Ad was rejected by Facebook - Reason is Policy Violation (Fraud, scams and Deceptive practices). Kindly suggest whats wrong with my ad creative & good practices while promoting Survey Offers in Facebook.

What is your advertising product? Is $300 for 2 conversions too much?
 
fb likely flagged your ad for misleading claims. Use compliant language like "Participate in surveys for rewards" and avoid specific earnings figures
 
You can contact Facebook support for more detailed reasons and edit it to suit Facebook's policies.
And with 300$ for 2 conversations is too expensive.

Change the content again. What do you run ads about? How is the media? Is it violating Facebook policy too much? You often research Facebook policies to avoid errors that can cause your ads to be rejected. Or after being rejected, contact the Facebook team to appeal. Success rate is about 50/50
 
Maybe the language you used in the ad caused Facebook to misunderstand and flag it. You can contact Facebook support to find out the specific reason and edit accordingly

please turn off your campaign it waste time and your money too much. Check your all setting and wait for 1-2 days to turn on

In your ad, there are words that attract users, it is easy for Facebook to misunderstand that you are cheating and will reject your ad, you should correct the words in your ad.

I think the phrase "get paid up to $300" has been suspected by the platform as a scam advertisement, you should change your content. Good luck
