Ad under review keywords related to iPhone 4

My ad copy is for unlocking the iPhone and has iPhone 4 keywords etc. Is it normal for the ad to be under review or is my account been blocked or something because I am using MCC and vouchers?

Just concerned as the ad has been under review for over a week now and don't know what to do. :dunce:

check your email , if account is suspended, you ll receive email , and iphone keywords are hard for adwords , they took review before approving these keywords ,
 
Your ad was likely flagged to be manually reviewed by the system because of using iPhone in the ad. Sounds like it just fell through the cracks. Send an email to them because one week is not normal. This should get it unblocked very quickly.

Thanks for the information. The account does not seem to be blocked as I am running it via MCC and other accounts run normally and I can see no sign at top saying suspended account.

I have feeling also it is because of the iPhone keyword in the ad. Just want to ask is it ok to promote what I am promoting with this keyword and when I contact them will I have any issue of them seeing my MCC account etc?
 
Had Same problem. I Just removed the iPhone keyword in my ad and the ad was approved. A week is very long. Weird
