Ad that looks like a wp post?

I'm working on a blog that has a theme similar to the pinterest style that primarily relies on pictures. Each blog targets specific keyword(s) naturally. I'll have a few worded posts but the blog is 99% pictures (like pinterest).

My question is if you folks know of a plugin that will take a picture post and turn that into an ad. Or, an ad network that will automatically insert ads into the blog and have them naturally look like posts. I'm using WP as of right now.

I hope that's not too confusing. Sounds odd. Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

Check out the meme generator sites, most of them use some ad networks with ads that look like the memes themselves.

Also, is it possible to redirect a "picture post" to an affiliate without the post actually opening. Like an ad, but it's a post that I would designate which affiliate it would go to.
