Ad says we can't determine for 3 days

I am having a bh ad with a very aged and 1k spent, I usually get clicks after 1-8 hrs after creating ad.

Do you guys think this would go through the review? i am using safe keywords but obvious bh titles and descriptions, i have had this ad go through many times

Also any tips or hacks when running bh ads?
and should I just prepare a new account instead of waiting on this one?

Was the account in a risk zone

Live ads disapproval based on content ,links

And other risk notification

If there is a sentence or work of BH which stands alone on headline..then account may be gone
But if don't have any of this things

Account has 90 percent of coming through

If billing is OK and account geo matches campaign geo...the later is considered if account is fairly new
