Some networks give u a direct link as an ad placement so u can send traffic to it and get paid by cpm

Numerous ad networks provide direct links, and I've experimented with all of them but not all link clicks seem to count. So far, with Monetag, I initially experienced a low CPM of $2, but after consistently driving quality traffic, it increased to $5. You need time to optimize everything and get the rates high. Has anyone else had a similar experience with these networks?
