Ad Networks that are lenient with FTC guidelines for Diet Ads?

I'm looking for ad networks which don't care or are tolerant with landing pages that are against FTC guidelines for Diet/Weightloss products. So far I've tried Adwords (banned), Advertising.com and RevContent but cant seem to get my 'advertorial' style landing pages approved, even after adding all the disclaimers they told me to.
Anybody have any suggestions on which networks to try next?

You're probably going to have to go with a smaller adnetwork which won't care unless there is an official complaint from somewhere.
